Before I had even had a conversation with Adnan I figured he would be some fast talking sales type. I was expecting business conversations and interactions. Then I started talking to him and he was the opposite. No pressure, he was gentle and thorough with is advice and came to my wife and me with the caring attitude of a good friend. We spent at least six months looking for the right home with him. I would have thought he would give up on us. He found us just the right home and guided us through the negotiation that got us what we wanted at $40000 less than I expected to pay. His patience paid off. He's helped us with getting utilities, the pool, the lawn service, and things above and beyond our expectations. He's ambitious, knowledgeable, family oriented, and connected. Finding the right realtor is sometimes as hard as finding the right home. He's it.

We are from out of town and Adnan was recommended to us as we began our second home search in Bonita Springs. We met Adnan and, at our request, only looked at new home developments. We found a model we liked but the community was developed and we moved on to used homes the next day. Adnan, now knowing our requirements showed us four very nice homes. We made two offers on one home but were not successful. We were convinced time to rent again and take another look at the market this winter. That evening we heard from Adnan and he had contacted a sales rep he knew with the company that had the model we liked. Turns out there were two lots remaining in the development and our home is now under construction, not to mention saving us substantial dollars. I would recommend Adnan without reservation for your real estate needs.

As he knows the Fort Myers area very well, he was also extremely knowledgeable about the areas we would like to live in, and what it has to offer (parks, golf, restaurants, etc). He was also very helpful when it was time to negotiate the purchase price of the house, and following the inspection (always a plus). But it doesn’t stop there. Once we closed, he was (and still is) also always there to provide contact info from contractor, pool person, cleaning services and so on.
