I may not have enough room to praise Mr. Emil Hartoonian and his amazing real estate skills, his dedication, and ethics ! Emil represented our home in the Oaks in Calabasas and got us top dollar within day’s . Then he went on to sell our Bel Air home after the first agent failed to sell it . He has also represented me with a historical property I own in Cathay Circle . He was our “North Star.” His calm demeanor and knowledge was amazing . I’m also an agent but was in a very low time emotionally in my life and was unable to get the work done . In came Emil kindly picking up the pieces , showing empathy, and guidance , while getting his job done . I cannot recommend him enough , he’s your real estate expert, your man for the job !
