Michael P. O’Connor

After seeing a beachfront home that was in our price range during the competitive South Florida real estate market in 2021 we called the listing broker, who turned out to be Michael O’Connor. He immediately called back and scheduled an appointment at our convenience. Since the home was still under construction we did not move in until April, 2022. During that interim Michael answered all of our questions regarding construction delays, recommended sources for media installation etc. Michael was always responsive, available, knowledgeable, courteous, personable and went above and beyond what one would expect from a real estate broker. He is the best broker we have ever had.
