We were relocating from Santa Barbra with a 1.5 and 4 year old. We had sold our home in Santa Barbra without knowing where we would buy. We knew a good school district was the most important on the list. We came down to San Diego and fit in as many home tours as possible with Jeannine over a few weekends. When a home came up she went to the open house and toured us virtually through it on Sunday, July 2nd, and we knew this was our home.
