Prior to entering real estate, Tim built a distinguished career in international trade, rising to Vice President at a major national importer before founding two successful seafood importing firms that generated over $33 million in annual revenue. Since transitioning to residential real estate in 2020, Tim has leveraged his international business acumen, supply chain logistics background, and sharp deal-structuring skills to represent discerning buyers, sellers, and investors across the Florida Keys island chain.
