The overall experience was fantastic. From an almost ‘random’ stop in a store front location in La Jolla, we ended up meeting an amazing agent. Craig educated us about the market and opportunities, then guided us through the process like the expert Craig is. Covered every aspect of the transaction and more — given we are not local, Craig actually took care of a lot of extra items for us but kept us fully informed and ‘part of’ the process with real-time video calls and constant communications. With his extended team, this was a full concierge service and we couldn’t be more happy.
